Online Registration/Payment for CalVal4AltCrete2025
Registration for the CalVal4AltCrete2025 workshop will be done through online payment of the appropriate registration fee using a credit card or bank transfer.
All presenting authors must be registered. If you have any questions, please contact the secretariat at secretariat@calval4altcrete2025.eu.

* Regular registration includes:
- Admission to all sessions, poster displays, and exhibitions of CalVal4AltCrete2025
- Welcome reception (Sunday 21 September 2025)
- Lunch Breaks
- Tea, coffee, light snacks during breaks
- Workshop Proceedings
Students: This registration rate will be accepted, after presenting proof of current full-time graduate or undergraduate student status at an academic institution. Reduced student fees are NOT applicable for Post Docs.
General conditions:
- The presenting author (oral or poster) must be registered.
- Registration does not include excursions.
- Students must submit proof to verify their full-time student status
Cancellation policy
- Any cancellation requests should be sent by email to secretariat@calval4altcrete2025.eu
- Cancellations shall be received by Sunday 20 July 2025.
- A refund will be available minus an administrative fee, equal to 20% of the claimed registration fees.
- No refund will be available after 20 July 2025; however, registration may be transferred to another member of your organization. In this case, please send your request to secretariat@calval4altcrete2025.eu
